Proposal Validity if Not Stated

Per the FAR, how long should a proposal be valid for if it's not stated in the soliticaiton? I was thinking 60 or 120 days....

For sealed bidding see FAR 52.214-15 and 52.214-16. For negotiated procurements see FAR 52.215-1(d).
