    Good Afternoon All, 

    Does anyone have a flow chart that simplifies when Buy American Statute and Trade Agreements are applicable. I find it extremely confusing, especially since our RFP’s and RFQ’s are multiple line items.

    Would it be best to evaluate applicability within each line item?
