USAF Templates Available to the Public?

I've recently(ish) left the Air Force and forgot to download several acquisition related templates/forms such as the SASS and Market Research Template. Does anyone know if these can be found online anywhere? When I try to go back to the AFFARS it takes me to an Air Force only website that I'm obviously no longer able to access.
