I can't even begin to describe how slow and laggy this site is, i can't do my job without EPLS or CCR...yet SAM has to go down for maintenance within 24 hours of being online....what the heck.

Even worse, other systems (ASFI and PD2) that are supposed to talk to SAM aren't able to. Why would they shut the other websites down (ORCA and CCR) when the kinks haven't been worked out yet? This makes me so angry. Never fails; an upgrade usually ends up as a downgrade.

I love it even more when they make changes like this at the end of the FY. Because I am sure no one is busy at this time of year.
