    Original post

Does anyone know where I may obtain an inexpensive copy or an ebook of "Government Contract Law: The Deskbook for Procurement Professionals", 3d ed. 2007. The price is very expensive on AMAZON & other booksellers.

Try Textbooks.com or similar website that caters to colleges/universities.

The publication you cited, Government Contract Law: The Deskbook for Procurement Professionals, is published by the American Bar Association, Public Contract Law Section. It costs about $99.00 and is not currently available. However, It is based on the Army Staff Judge Advocate School's publication, Contract Attorneys Deskbook, which is now available in the 2011 edition. You can get the latter for free, in two volumes, at the Library of Congress website http://www.loc.gov/r...-2011_Vol-1.pdf and at http://www.loc.gov/r...2011_Vol-2.pdf.
