System for Award Management (SAM)

I have not found any discussion on the new System for Award Management, or is this not the forum to discuss it? I have encountered all sorts of errors in the information that was migrated from CCR and ORCA and questions to the Federal Service Desk have gone unanswered for close to a week.

I'm not impressed with SAM. The roll-out was not well organized and we had little for training in my organization.
Aspects of SAM are laughable. For example, at the top of your browser when viewing this forum, it shows the title of the thread you're vieiwing, then "The Wifcon Forum and Blogs". When viewing SAM? "Home Page" Geek 101 teaches thoses building web pages how to control this aspect, but the SAM designers missed it (and so many other things).

I too have to use this system to gather information on subcontractors.
A few days the search function really went downhill. My company has 56 Federal contracts and now I can't even get it to come up in a search (by name or DUNS#).
Yet in the FAQs, they don't even list the search problems. Very frustrating!!!
