• What process are you using? Subpart 8.4? Part 13? Part 14? Part 15? Subpart 16.5? Some other procedure? It matters.
• At what stage are you in the process? It matters.
• Are you asking about default for any reason under any circumstances, or do the reason and circumstances matter?
