    Can someonne advise the applicable clause for Technical Data delivery developed at Government expense?

    Read the clause prescriptions in FAR 27.409 or in the DFARS or NASA FAR Supplement, depending on the agency you're dealing with.

    The clause for the DOD is DFARS 252.227-7013.
