FAR 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items

Has anyone heard any buzz about whether this program has been included in any FY13 appropriations bills? It would be nice to have this back.

It's included in the FY2013 National Defense Authorization Act, H.R. 4310, which was passed by the House and sent to the Senate in June.
