Can you award an IDIQ contract using Simplified Acquisitions?

IDIQs, including single-award IDIQs, can be solicited and awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). What specific evaluation factors are you asking about?

While you’re at it, what do you think is coming from FAR part 15?
