    S. 3626:  Conforming Procedures for Federal Task and Delivery Order Contracts Act of 2024 is intended to clarify task and delivery order solicitation and contract requirements.

This Senate bill was recently introduced and probably won't be enacted as a stand-alone act.  If it gets anywhere, it most likely will be stuffed into the next NDAA

I really hope this gets implemented - it's long overdue and can greatly increase the efficiency in getting multiple award IDIQs in place, especially for services such as construction, and puts the price competition where it belongs - at the task order level.  Does anyone have an educated guess as to the likelihood it gets put into the NDAA?

Construction multiple award ID/IQ’s can already be set up for price completion at the task order level rather than require FP at the contract level. That was implemented years ago.

I don't think that extended to civilian agencies.
