Does anyone have expert knowledge on FAR 11.6 (DPAS) ? I am in the process of a major recompete and the members of the IPT all have different opinion on this FAR 11.6. My primary question is: for the procurement of DOD training services i.e. simulators and other instrumentation devices, what rating would be most appropriate? The issue is that the military is engaged in foreign wars and the need for training is pivotal. Currently, there are no priority ratings for this type of effort.
