Do options need to be synopsized for GWAC orders (i.e., NASA SEWP)? If not, what is the authority?

Do options need to be synopsized for GWAC orders (i.e., NASA SEWP)? If not, what is the authority?
For instance, GSA options are not required to be synopsized per FAR 8.4(a).

Will FAR 5.202 provide your answer? Perhaps (a)(6) or (11) will fit your situation.

Page 24 of the SEWP FAQs tells you synopsis is not required. The FAR 5.202(a)(6) exception ji20874 mentioned above applies
