So I have several questions actually.

1.  "Total Ceiling Value of Contract: $7,400,000.00" If the contract states this amount and it covers 5 years and a .5 year option in the CLINs does that mean the 7.4 million covers all 5.5 years?

2.  Can I be awarded this contract if I exceed this amount?

3. on another related subject do you include all of the fillable clause pages below form 1449 as part of 1449 in a bid?
