    Original post

    Greetings all,

In January, USAID came out with guidelines in reporting (see attached), clarifying that reporting should be done based on obligation and not the ceiling award.  We are in the process of fixing mistakes.  This involves, per USAID guidance, of opening the original report and correcting the error.  The challenge is that with staff turnover, many of those reports are not accessible.  I understand that I can request those reports be migrated to my account through the Federal Service Desk.  I am trying to future proof this process for my company and contemplating using our generic email address (contracts@companyname.com - type of email address/listserv) in which all our department team members have  access.  I'm wondering if anyone has experience setting up fSRS reporting like this.  Is this even allowed given login.gov has a two-factor authentication?  I was thinking that the authentication could be the back-up codes.  Any insight you have would be greatly appreciated!

This government blog may be a good starting point for a responsive answer. It is dated 2020 but there are contacts listed there (telephone, help desk and GSA group) to verify the current process.https://buy.gsa.gov/interact/community/47/activity-feed/post/a301d0af-e29c-49a4-9785-98d5a1525d42/Login_gov_Account_is_Now_Required_for_eSRS_and_FSRS_Users. My reading of this blog is that its answer is "no" to you. I don't expect there are too many people in wifcon that can share actual detailed current experience with you about your quest but I could be wrong about that.
