UCA Definitization

Are current provisional indirect rates allowed on proposals submitted to definitize UCAs?  Scenario: FFP effort was bid in 2022 with forecasted 2023 indirect rate (OHD/GA).  Effort was awarded in 2023 and provisional indirect rates are HIGHER than forecasted.  Effort encounters further scope changes impacting price in which an updated proposal is requested.  Is the entire original proposal effort allowed to updated to the current provisional higher indirect rates to definitize?
