Clarification regarding SOW and experience for 899

Not sure if I am posting this in the correct place or not! I am having a bit of a struggle with a contract proposal regarding the SOW and experience. Can anyone clarify for me what 'Experience from SOW' implies?

In the requirements for Project Experience, it states 'Experience from SOW', no further explanation!

Are you preparing the proposal ?

In what section of the solicitation is this cryptic description found? For example,is it proposal submission requirements or some similar verbiage? Is under proposal evaluation criteria or some similar verbiage? If this solicitation uses the Uniform Contract Format, what is the section number? There should normally be a description of what information is to be evaluated and also some indication of how it will be evaluated. It may be in two different sections.

This is under the requirements for Factor 1-4...Corporate Experience, Project Experience, Past Performance and Quality. This one is specifically under Factor 2 - Project Experience..."Demonstration of specific experience and/or special qualifications detailed in Statement of Work"

Ad Specs, you keep dribbling out bits of information without answering my questions. First you said that there is no further explanation. Now, you add further explanation (?) "Demonstration of specific experience and/or special qualifications detailed in Statement of Work",

Okay, it implies to me that they either will evaluate or want to see a demonstration of specific experience and/or special qualifications detailed in the scope of work. Sorry, I am not a mind reader.

I'm not sure what more information to give, that is all there is! This is for schedule 899 - Environmental and it is listed in the information required for Project Experience.

These are proposal submission requirements.

Maybe I am in a wrong forum? This is for a GSA Schedule submission.

I would highly suggest you submit your question to the CO and not depend on this forum for a response. A response from the CO would be "offical" so to speak and therefore be binding as to what the meaning is.

Thank you...my problem is that the CO will not respond to my questions, so I am looking for other alternatives for clarification. I will see if I can perhaps get someone else in that schedule area to help!

The CO must have a supervisor. Thats how you get them to answer. Go up the chain and hopefully someone will care.
