Terminations - Help Me Quickly Become an Expert

    I need to take a very deep dive into the intricoes of terminations, especially 12.403 T4C. 

    What are the best authoritative sources?  COFC Opinions.  What else?  Any particular opinions that I should read?

    Excluding Wifcon, I have that covered.

    The various LLMs, Claude in particular, are helpful too.

    Depends on what info you are interested in. Do you have access to Administration of Governments Contracts by Nash, et al.?

    I would read FAR Part 49 and any agency supplements as remember they are the general play book for agencies.   I would also use the Contract Attorney Deskbook created by JAG.   Here is a link to a 2022 version.  See Chapter 24.   https://www.loc.gov/item/2022676552/

    Lots of foot traffice on the subject of T4C's.  Here is another reference I saw mentioned elsewhere - "Contract Changes, Disputes, and Terminations - Mastering the Fundamentals" by Cibinic and Nash
