Oral presentations in selecting task order award

This recent protest decision is from the Wifcon page. The part I want to bring up is the use of oral presentations in task order source selection under FAR 16.5. The Army gave offerors nine questions and two hours to prepare a response which was evaluated. To me, this is a good way to conduct evaluations and it’s a shame it’s not used more frequently.
