Interested in whether government personnel provide feedback to companies who respond to market research / market survey public announcements? In particular, the Government concludes it will not provide for Full and Open Competition, only one responsible source, after conducting market research including FBO public announcement seeking capability statements. The CO must post the justification to FBO in accordance with FAR requirements. Is it also common practice to notify the companies who responded to the public announcement prior to or concurrent with posting the JOFOC?
