Anthropic vs. Department of War

Anthropic has filed suit in a Federal District Court against the Department of War's declaration of them as a supply chain risk. A copy of their Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief is attached.

They have also appealed to the D.C. Circuit. We will provide their brief when it is available.
