How Things Go Wrong - VA's Denver Medical Center

VA's Denver Replacement Medical Center has been in the news for some time. I did a quick read of the statement by the Deputy Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs and it brought back memories of past nightmares that I have seen. With 20/20 hindsight, you can see the project falling apart as it progressed. I didn't read the statement by the Corps of Engineers yet. However, I thought I would post it here--it is on the home page--for you to review and possibly comment on.

I currently work for the VA and have seen a few things that could end up in the news just like the Denver VA. It is like no one is learning from the mistakes others are making.
