Commercial T&M subject to DFAR 252.242-7001

Are commercial T&M contracts subject to DFARS 252.242-7001 and 252.242-7006? The prescriptions only refer to T&M contracts and do not make a distinction between T&M types.

No. If it's not listed at DFARS 212.301, it's not required in a contract for commercial items.
