Commercial Labor Rate Price COmparison

I am working on a rate comparison and I need to do a true commercial labor rate analysis, not one utilizing GSA Schedules. Can anyone point me in the direction of best place to find commercial labor rate price lists or somewhere I can pull true commercial labor rates for an Architect I-IV, HW Engineer I-IV, Principal Eng, PM, etc.
Any assistance will be truly appreciated

The only issue with salary.com is the rates do not include the various indirect rates and profit to compare to a fully burdened commercial rate. To complete the comparison, I would burden the rate(s) with your companies indirect rates or if you have access any industry average indirect rates.
This is what we do when we compare labor rates proposed by prospective subcontractors.

Can you ask the offeror(s) to provide other than certified cost or pricing data under Discussions - labor categories and fully burdened hourly rates for each?
