Clauses incorporated by reference-"5252"

    Folks-

    In a recently awarded contract to our firm, there are clauses incorporated by reference beginning with 5252.

    As it is not a DFAR (252) or FAR provision, can someone tell me the source of that clause numbering?

    If it’s numbered correctly, it’s a reference to the Navy’s supplement to the FAR. All of the FAR supplements can be found here (GPO, electronic CFR). You may want to ask the Contracting Officer to confirm.
