EPLS

Dated August 23 2011 an existing contractor is on the excluded parties list. Reading the further looks like its pending until further determiniation is made, can someone provide any input into further steps, again this is a pending action I want to make an informed decision. I have called the POC responsible for the input into EPLS but no response yet
