IDIQ Contract Vehicle Participation by Subsidiaries

Our company (Company A1) was acquired several years ago by a large company (Company A) but has continued to operate contractually as a separate legal entity when bidding on contracts. We are a subcontractor on another company team's IDIQ vehicle (Company under our Company A1 subsidiary's legal name and not as the overall Company A name. One of our sister companies (Company A2), another wholly-owned subsidiary of our larger company wishes to bid on a task on this IDIQ vehicle, but their subsidiary is not on Company B's team. Can Company A1 use the past performance of Company A2 for bidding a task under Company B's IDIQ vehicle? The pricing portion will utilize the GSA Schedule of Company A1.
