The Supreme Court has another case scheduled entitled: Universal Health Services, Inc., Petitioner v. United States and Massachusetts, ex rel. Julio Escobar and Carmen Correa. The Supreme Court information is here while the SCOTUS Blog information here. This case seems to be behind Kingdomware at this point.
