Louisiana National Guard Procurement Policy 1970's

    I am conducting research on the Procurement/Contracting Policy of the Louisiana National Guard in the 1970's.  Is there an actual procurement policy for the individual states or does the federal government actually conduct any and all procurement for the individual states. Many thanks.

    i don't know if the Office cited above will have any knowledge of your general research of 1970's procurement and contracting policies for the Louisiana National Guard but they should be able to explain the relationships between Federal and State NG procurement and funding.
