    I am looking to see if anyone is willing or able to share a Construction Subcontract template. I am a prime contractor doing both CONUS and OCONUS construction contracts. I need to get a template for a CONUS project as we have subcontractors to perform under our prime

    Consider using the Association of General Contractors Long Form Standard Subcontract, Form AGCC-03, or Short Form Standard Subcontract, Form AGCC-04. You can order them online at https://www.agc-ca.org/OnlineContracts/.

    What about the AIA, is that also a good place to pull from?

    Why not? Whether AGC or AIA, you'll have to read the clauses and decide which would work best for you. There's no easy way if you care about what the subcontract. Also, remember that the prime contractor must flow down some government clauses from the prime contract.
