Construction Cost Templates for Subcontractors

As I am new to the construction world of contracts I am looking for a cost template I can send out to my subcontractors as an attachment to a formal RFP. Does anyone have thoughts on where I can locate a cost template for construction subcontractors?

I used to run a construction shop, a fairly big one, and I never heard of a "cost template." What do you mean by "cost template"? Do you want a model for a cost breakdown?

A template may not work for everyone. But a good place to start is an AF3052 Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown. I believe you should be able to Google it and find one.
