President Trump has named Judge Susan G. Braden to be chief judge of the Court of Federal Claims. She's my hero since her Dec. 5, 2016 "Level 3" protest decision. If you haven't read it, you should.

That was a truly interesting read. Since Mr. Bigler was not sanctioned, I am wondering if, in the last 10 years, any DoD attorney has been sanctioned and why?

I must have started adding sanctions from COFC as early as 2007. They are here but may not be all inclusive. Not all DoD either.

Rule 11 of the COFC begins on p. 22 of this document. In case anyone wants to read it.
