8a/Socioeconomic set aside with GSA schedule

Hello,

If a vendor is set to receive a direct award using the 8a route and they have an established GSA schedule contract, can I execute a task/delivery order using the parent GSA contract?

Same question when setting aside for Hubzone, SDVOSB and WOSB?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
