My organization is implementing ISO9001 and AS9110 and Procurement taking the lead. I need help information such as:
1. Sample/template/procedures for supplier vetting
2. Sample/template procedures for procurement KPIs (on time delivery, product quality,
3. Sample/template for on time delivery
4. Sample/template for product quality
5. Sample/template for Procurement administrative lead time (PALT)
6. Sample Buyer training guide for new Buyers

I believe you are asking the wrong group of people for these things.
I suggest you hire a good consultant to help you with these things.
