So in context of the clause and its paragraph (d) can you provide a little more clarity on why you do not believe (d) answers your question.

Because reasonableness depends on whether you are writing the check or receiving the check.

Now I understand and would agree an answer to your question would depend on the specifics of disagreement between buyer and seller on what is reasonable.
