    Hi,

    Can a schedule holder propose a new labor category for work, to be updated to your schedule and submit it to GSA at the same time for approval?

    Yes but rather than providing you with references I would highly recommend that you contact the CO for the contract for a specific response.  Consulting the GSA website may also be valuable guidance with regard to the specific schedule that your contract is awarded under.

    Are you asking if you can award a schedule holder a task order for a labor category that hasn't been added to their GSA schedule?
