Does anyone know if the Government can adjust the scores an offeror gave itself on the scorecard submitted with a Proposal, if the Government feels that, based on the written Proposal, the offeror scored itself incorrectly?

    What does your solicitation say?

Score adjustments were possible when GSA evaluated proposals submitted in response to the OASIS GWAC solicitation. See /legacy/a/4b0e91de957e6124.pdf

As napolik said, examine the solicitation.

Generally, the answer must be yes, they can. Otherwise, agencies would have to accept lies or inaccuracies.

Consider the difference between what score the offeror gives itself and how the agency evaluates the offeror. Must they be the same? Of course not.

I'm checking the solicitation now … this all makes sense.  Thanks so very much,  napolik and pepe!
