RFP's

I am looking for a example langauge in a single RFP that has 3 different task areas, does anyone know where I can find an example of this. I am still an intern and new to contracting so my questions may seem a little elementry to some of you.

I just clarified this requirment with my KO. He stated that this is a multiple award with multiple task, meaning this could be 15 contracts with multiple task areas. We do not know if there is a specific name for this type contract but we would like to see an example of an RFP written that covers all of the required task areas under multiple contracts.
