What subcontracting limitations apply to contracts set-aside for small businesses when the contract amount >$150k?

See, generally FAR 52.219-14. However, if you are talking about a set-aside for HUBZone SBs see FAR 52.219-3 and if you are asking about SDVOSBs, see 52.219-27. The rules for set asides to EDWOSBs and WOSBs are found in 52.219-29 and -30 respectively.
