If a contract is terminated without a cuase notice or due negotiations, how can a contractor get a fair chance to remidiate the situation.

Pursuant to which FAR clause was the termination made ?

It's really annoying when someone posts a question, gets a request for clarification, and never responds. It seems like common coutesy to me that if you want help you should monitor the site.
