I was thinking someone might volunteer to write an online editorial or post a blog entry on the subject of "How Olympic curling equates to superficial topical reporting in the age of computers, given the advent of spellcheck and grammar checkers and freedom from Whiteout [tm] or double spaced drafts for editor's reviews," or something similar.
