    Anyone know where to get a copy of this book? I have ordered it, but the companies keep saying it is out of print. If anyone has a copy and would like to let it go, please let me know.

    Thanks, I found that one. The list price for this book is $110.00, quite the markup. Is the 5th edition worth the extra money or is the 4th edition basically the same?

    Is there a college bookstore near you? I bought my Fourth Edition at the University of Alabama at Huntsville Bookstore.A University with a Law School should have it. Should be available at list price.
