RFP for POP Extension

I assume this is an existing contract where you want to extend the performance period on a noncompetitive basis?  No need for an RFP unless your agency policy requires it.  Just ask the contractor to submit pricing and whatever substantiating data you need.

Isn’t asking the contractor to submit pricing and supporting data for a modification a request for a proposal? It is for some agencies.

Dom, is this a time extension to perform the original scope of work or is it an extension of services? 

An RFP “solicitation” with all UFC sections isn’t required, if that is Dom’s question.
