I did some quick research and noting that you have access to the internet I suggest the following.  Do a search using something like Google or another search engine using this question "How do I get my CPAP supplies approved for VA benefits".  Among the many hits you will receive will be several entities that provide information on how to get the supplies as a VA benefit.  Further read on my part suggests the route begins through your PCP.   All in all browsing through the hits I got in my quick search it looks like there is some good information and hints to help make the approval process work for you.
