Program Office request: One RFTOP, multiple TO awards

I have a program office that wants to issue one Request for Task Order Proposals (under a multiple award IDIQ), but make multiple TO awards. I cannot find anything expressly stating that each RFTOP must result in a single award.

Right. You also won't find anything in the FAR requiring a RFTOP.
- If you're under FAR 16.505(b)(1)(ii), nothing written is required. You don't even have to contact all of the awardees.
- If you're under FAR 16.505(b)(1)(iii), you have to provide a notice (not a RFTOP) to those contractors who offer the required supplies or services under their contracts.
- If you're under FAR 16.505(b)(1)(iv), you have to provide a notice (not a RFTOP) to all contractors.
The doesn't have to be a RFTOP. It could be a posting on a website created for that set of multiple-award contracts. It could be an email.
Can a single notice result in multiple task order awards? Sure, why not?
