Procurement Analyst and Acquisition Electronic Business Systems Expert - Training

Good morning, WIFCON!

I hope and pray that we are all doing exceedingly well. 

The purpose of this post is get an understanding as to when Procurement Analyst and Acquisition e-Business System(s) Administrator merged, and where to find a track for learning how to become proficient at this. 

I've been working in this capacity for 10 years and for 2 organizations, and I have(had) a strong desire to provide the best PA/SA support that I can. However, I do not know where to go to improve my skills. I haven't seen a PA/SA group. I have taken DAU training but nothing specific for PA/SA. My position title is a 1 deep slot. This is the second time I've been in this position where I haven't had much overlap with my predecessor to know how to do this job effectively. I am doing the best I can, but I need to know where to go for help.
