Any government contactors use Elite 3E as their accounting system?

This is a Thomson Reuters product geared towards law firms, but I was wondering if anyone has used or seen it used successfully by a government contractor.

Never seen it used; never heard of it. But I believe that the software is the least important part of a contractor's accounting system

I agree, I've approved systems that run on QuickBooks and Excel.
