PWS, SOO, and SOW References

You may want to look at, among other things, MIL-HNBK-245, Preparation of Statement of Work. Agency and buying office practices are likely more useful than this guide, but it may provide a start. SD-15, Performance Specification Guide, might also be useful. If you have access to DAU, you may want to browse the basic course, CLM 031, Improved Statement of Work.
