Hi all,
My organization is considering responding to a solicitation for a GSA MAS BPA, but I cannot seem to find clarity around SIN-related requirements. Namely, this BPA includes SIN 54151S for IT Professional Services, but it also lists Ancillary Services and OLM under that same SIN. My question is, if we have SIN 54151S under our current schedule already, do we also have to have Ancillary Services covered in our GSA Schedule to be eligible to submit a response, or does being a provider of IT Professional Services under that SIN suffice?
Please let me know if I am missing any pertinent information in my question. This is relatively new to me.
Thank you!

I don’t believe you can propose ancillary and OLM without having specific clauses added to your contract. But ask the CO that issued the BPA solicitation. That persons position is what matters.

Adding ancillary and OLM may be counter to the specific SIN. I note this for the purposes of discussing, as recommended, with the CO. The SIN suggests only professional services to which SCA would not apply. Adding ancillary services might change that paradigm where GSA may not be willing to change the GSA FSS contract. Likewise it appears OLM would as well. Yet if the CO is intending those additional categories (my term) it could be that they are intending them to be "open market" rather than connected to the SIN which is permissible. A couple of references to assist in your effort to clarify with the CO.

Before this gets off track from SJs question, here’s the reference:
Ancillary and OLMs can only be awarded with individual contracts contain the applicable clause. Ancillary and OLM differ from open market
