Buy American Act

We have clothing items to purchase; quotes rec'd are under $100K therefore Berry Act does not apply; the items are made in Thailand and sold by an American company - the customer wants this particular brand only. Thailand is not a qualifying country under Part 25 - Buy American - not sure how to proceed. Any assistance would be great.
